THE LLS MISSION:

Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Lymphoma Foundation of America

A nonprofit organization helping lymphoma patients and their families. Services include grants to scientists who are working to cure lymphoma, advice for patients from nurse-counselors, referrals to cancer specialists, treatment updates, and more.

Lymphoma Research Foundation

A nonprofit organization offering grants for lymphoma research and support services for lymphoma patients and their families. Services include a helpline, educational resources, aid programs, peer support, etc.

National Council on Independent Living

Advocates for the Independent Living Movement, which aims to strengthen independent living centers through technical assistance and other membership services. Newsletter, information and referrals, and conferences.

Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Mid-America Chapter serves residents in Kansas and Missouri who have been touched by one of the blood cancers: leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma.

Gives connections to local events in support of Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma patients and research.
