Single Parent Alliance & Resource Center (SPARC)

SPARC has developed a comprehensive assortment of programs that place special attention on both the single parent and the child residing in a single parent home. Recognizing that each has unique needs, SPARC provides programs and services that cater to the needs of single parents and children individually.

Healing from Infidelity Group

A support group for women who have been sexually betrayed by their partner and are wanting to heal through this painful trauma.

Individual healing sessions are also available.

National Respite Network and Resource Center

Information on temporary care for those caring for a child with a disability or a chronic illness. Online Database

Our services are available to all single parents, including those who are living in transitional housing; struggling with substance abuse; or have been released from incarceration.

Healing Hearts (Ellis County)

An opportunity to connect with other parents and family members who have lost a child. Also for grandparents and siblings.

Covenant House

Referrals for youth or parents regarding drugs, domestic violence, homelessness, runaways, etc. Message relays, reports of abuse, help for parents who have problems with their kids. Sponsored by Nine Line and Covenant House.

StandUp Parenting

We provide a community resource that offers parents education, mutual support, alternative strategies, and practical solutions to family problems.
